This is to uphold sanitary standards and avoid any potential germ transfer between residences, it is ideal for each home to have its own mop. We cannot clean any areas containing any animals & humans’ body fluids, blood, feces, vomit, cat litter boxes, bird cages & urine, or excretions.
For the first visit we would like to meet you and take 5 minutes to walk through and discuss any areas that may need extra attention. Afterwards, we do not require to be home, as long as we have discussed how to enter.
